We perform small home repairs, upgrades, and optimizations to improve your home’s performance.

We plan projects to reduce waste and reuse old things in new ways. We encourage the use of sustainable and healthy materials like local wood, biobased insulations, and non-toxic finishes.

New Structures

We build new decks, entryways, lean-tos, sheds, and small cabins. We try to situate buildings in harmony with the natural landscape and utilize passive design for systems like light, heat, and airflow when possible.

To limit transportation emissions we take on projects within 30 miles of our home in Wayne, Maine.
